Senior Engineer / DRE Suspension Systems (Chassis Engineering)

We are seeking a skilled Chassis DRE Suspension (Shock Absorber & Tuneable Components) to join a high-performance automotive engineering team working on advanced vehicle programs.

Role Focus:

Ownership of end-to-end suspension system design & development, including:
Shock absorber & strut assemblies
Springs, stabilizer bars & bushings
Suspension module / corner module integration
Vehicle ride, handling & durability performance

Core Responsibilities:
Suspension system design, tuning & validation




Supplier technical management & development
DFMEA, DVP&R;, PFMEA, PPAP execution
CAE & testing collaboration for fatigue/NVH
Root cause analysis of field & assembly issues
Cross-functional coordination across engineering teams
Support vehicle launch & continuous improvement programs
