Role & responsibilities
Monitor and assess patients.
Provide initial treatment and emergency care.
Follow consultants treatment plans.
Review investigations and report abnormalities.
Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other departments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Communicate with patients and relatives.
Ensure patient safety and follow hospital SOPs.
Provide proper handover to the next shift.
