Role & responsibilities:

Proven ability to lead a small team of 5 people to get work done. solid proficiency and hands-on in Identity and Access Management concepts (IAM);
Advanced expertise in using Microsoft Excel is must.
Experience in working with SQL queries for Data Analysis.
Must possess ability to explain complicated technical matters clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English is must to communicate and collaborate with different internal stakeholders located Globally.
Working experience (or willingness to learn) in data analytics tools like Alteryx or Power BI (or similar data analytic tools like Tableau) is an added advantage.
Previous experience with Onboarding / migration / support projects (ideally software ones, with the focus on data and apps onboarding and migrations from the legacy to the current workplace) is also an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of IT Security especially on relevant systems like Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Oracle's OID and IBM's LDAP.
