Analyze website performance and provide suggestions and strategy for improvements
Test Current functionalities and features introduced on website, identify and report bugs:
Perform Business Acceptance Validation (BAV) testing in QA setting and Live testing in Production workplace
Prepare test report with issue description and screenshots for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Submit JIRA tickets for high severity issues and track progress made on the ticket
Coordination with Dev/ IT teams to check if the issue is resolved
Will have to work on JIRA
Creating weekly reports, presentations and operation metrics on resource utilization, productivity etc.

Excellent communication skills
Preferable to have experience in JIRA management
Should be internet savvy and able to navigate websites easily
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Omniture, SiteCatalyst
Should be proficient in Reporting and Analysis

Good logical aptitude and ability to research on its own
