Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor all in office construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Supervise civil, structural, finishing, and external development works.
Monitor productivity, material consumption, and resource utilization at the project site.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
Review contractor progress and certify work completion as per project milestones.
Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective actions.
Prepare and submit progress reports, MIS reports, and site documentation.




Ensure implementation of EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) practices across the project.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
4 to 12 years of experience in execution of commercial, residential, mixed-use, high-rise, or large-scale real estate projects.
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, quality standards, and safety practices.
Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
