We are looking for a highly skilled UX Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead the design and development of our ZAIDYN Platform, playing a crucial role in enhancing user experience and driving business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging interfaces, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive UX strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex systems.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and validate product solutions.
Create and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Mentor junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in UX design,



focusing on creating intuitive and engaging interfaces.
Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
