Job Summary

Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd. is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Trainees who are passionate about marketing and eager to build a career in the quick-growing Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. This role offers practical exposure to brand marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, market research, events, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including social media and website coordination.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and creative agencies.
Support product launches, exhibitions, dealer meets, and marketing events.




Work closely with the sales team to execute marketing initiatives.
Track campaign performance and prepare MIS reports.
Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in Marketing (Freshers or up to 6months of experience).
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
Willing to work from the office, 6 days a week.
Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
Highly interested in learning and growing in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.
