Key Requirements:
Proven experience in managing the complete bid lifecycle (RFP/RFI/RFQ to submission and closure).
Solid exposure to Business Process Management (BPM/BPO) services.
Experience managing bids across functions such as:
Finance & Accounting (F&A;)
Human Resources (HR)
Procurement
Shared Services / Business Process Management
Solid Program Management and Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to drive bid deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Positive understanding of commercials, pricing, and solutioning as part of the bid process.
