SEM Strategy, Execution, Optimization & Management
Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end SEM strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
Optimize campaigns continuously to enhance CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
Perform strategic bid and budget management to achieve campaign goals efficiently.
Execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and audiences to refine targeting and improve results.
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and platform dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills
4 5 years of experience in SEM, and performance marketing.
Proven track record of running high-performing paid campaigns strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to address issues promptly and efficiently.

Technical Skills
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console.
Experience with SEM tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs,



and social analytics or listening tools.
Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, attribution, and performance optimization.

Analytical & Strategic Skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract insights.
Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROI-driven strategy building.
Strong budgeting and media planning skills.
Robust leadership skill compelling ad copies and engaging social content.
Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to lead & collaborate with creative teams and guide design requirements.
