Role & responsibilities
Manage procurment activities and vendor coordination.
Identifity and evalute suppliers/vendors.
Request and compare quotation from vendors.
negotiate price, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery.
Maintain vendor records and procurment documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely availkability of materials.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/Gradute in Mechanicals
3 to 5 years of experience in Procurment/Purchase
Valuable knowledge of vendor management and quotation negotiation.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel ERP and WPS Word
