Strong knowledge of civil construction and high-rise residential projects.
Valuable understanding of RCC, finishing, waterproofing and external development works.
Robust knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent contractor and manpower management skills.
Good knowledge of quantity measurement and contractor billing.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Office.
Knowledge of project planning software such as MS Project / Primavera will be an advantage.
