Roles and Responsibility
Involve in testing, validations, and dress rehearsals (DRs) for Basel 3.1.
Validate design solutions and work with BAU and change teams to enhance controls.
Establish and maintain existing and B3.1 processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and procedures.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of Basel 3.1 regulations and guidelines.




Experience in RWA CI initiatives for Basel 3.1.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with testing, validations, and dress rehearsals (DRs).
