Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and implement IVR systems that meet business requirements.
Integrate Voice Biometrics with Genesys platform and other contact centre technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IVR system performance and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation of IVR system architecture and configuration.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IVR development.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of Voice Biometrics (Nuance / Gatekeeper) and its integration with Genesys platform.




Experience with Contact Centre Technologies (IVR, SIP,).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and architectures for IVR development.
