Location - Pune(Kharadi)

Salary:

28,500 CTC to 40,000 per month CTC.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding PhonePe services.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain a qualified and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
Adhere to quality and compliance standards during customer interactions.

Required Skillset:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Qualifications:




Graduate from any field.

Versant 6 Certified
Written Assessment
Operations Round
Client Round

Experience:
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Preferred: Candidates with insurance experience and sales acumen.
Minimum 6 months of Life Insurance experience is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Mutual Funds and ULIP Plans is beneficial.
