Drive the development of new digital core platform capabilities (real-time processing, analytics, structured workflow)
Provide technology solutions that solve complex business problems in financial services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
Contribute technical expertise across SDLC, including architecture, design, reviews, and testing
Ensure robust operational controls for production deployments

You’ll be part of the Operations IT Technology team in the Investment Bank – a highly motivated, creative group working with stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions in a collaborative workplace.

Required Expertise
8+ years in Java software engineering
Solid Core Java & Collections (experience with Java 8 features such as Lambda, Streams, etc.
Expertise in Spring Framework (Core / Boot / Integration)
Good knowledge of design patterns for data streaming

Preferred Skills:
Apache Flink / Kafka, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
BPMN/CMMN tooling (Flowable or similar)
Front-end technologies (Angular / JavaScript / React / Redux)
CI/CD tools (TeamCity / Jenkins), GitHub / GitLab
Docker / Containerization
Microsoft Azure
Proven track record in Agile SDLC within large-scale enterprise environments
