Design & Development Engineer Chassis (Brake System)

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop brake system components, including Brake Booster, TMC, Calipers, Disc & Drum Brakes, Brake Tubes, Hoses, Parking Brake, and Pedals.
Perform brake system sizing, validation, homologation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drive end-to-end product development activities, including RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation, technical reviews, DVP&R;, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support product development, validation, and production readiness.
Support DV/PV testing, production builds, and resolve product development and field quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for development and warranty concerns.




Ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones while adhering to automotive product development processes.
