Qualification: Diploma/ preferably Bachelor Degree(Electrical/Electronics)

10+ years experience in Utility equipment/ SMT prod machinesmaintenance, preferably in Auto Comp/ Auto sector (Experience may varyfor the role position : AM/Sr Ex./ Executive)

SMT knowledge and maintenance background is must.

Overallresponsibility of process engg and Utility maintenance.
Coordination with NPD team and handling of recent/regular product process engg.

2 - Implementation/HD of pastlearnings/Poka-yoke in prod machines & Utility equipments
3- Carry out routine maintenance work, preventive maintenance and respond toequipment faults
4- Implementation of countermeasure for Energy Audit and Energy cost reduction
5- SAP Knowledge to handle daily maintenances schedule, countermeasure actionand spare mangment.
6- Responsible for Plant MTTR and MTBF controlling, monitoring and records
Installation, programming and maint of recent product line set up for ICT,Assembly and FCT.
