Good Knowledge of desktop & laptop hardware troubleshooting skills.
Installation & configuration of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook & troubleshooting related problems.
Configuration of Printer & Scanner.
Understanding of various LAN and WAN technologies.
Valuable knowledge of Wi-Fi setup and access point configuration.
Positive knowledge of IP addressing.
Understanding remote installations using remote access tools.
Good knowledge of video conferencing solutions.
Required Skills:
Good Hardware part replacement knowledge
Worked on LAN Crimping, I/O Punching.
Positive Knowledge of desktop & laptop troubleshooting.
