What you will do
HubSpot Development & Maintenance (Primary Focus)
CRM Architecture: Configure custom properties, record customizations, association labels, and custom object setups.
Views & Segmentation: Design list segments and saved views tailored to each unique team’s workflow.
Pipeline Management: Set up and maintain pipelines, deal stages, required fields, and stage-based automation.
Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and custom reports that answer real business questions for Sales, SDR, and AM leaders.
Ongoing Maintenance: Keep the CRM healthy as the business evolves, updating properties, views, pipelines, and workflows as team needs change, and documenting each build clearly.
Automation & Integration (Primary Focus)
Build Automations: Build and maintain workflow automations and ecosystem integrations in Make (Integromat), and monitor them for API or execution failures.
Connect the Stack: Automate the flows that move data between HubSpot and our other tools,keeping everything in sync and reliable.
Data Quality & Hygiene (Secondary Focus)
Data Health: Own CRM data cleanliness, including deduplication, backfilling, enrichment, mass imports, and routine audits across contacts, companies, and deals.
Data Audits:



Write and run SQL queries or data exports to isolate, flag, and fix data issues at scale.
Migration Support: Support the tail-end of our Zoho-to-HubSpot migration with clean-up, field mapping, and closing any remaining data gaps.

Required Background
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator, Builder, or RevOps
Specialist. Deep HubSpot knowledge is non-negotiable.
Technical Literacy:
Robust SQL skills for querying, auditing, and exporting data.
A solid understanding of how APIs work.
Comfortable reading code. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you are comfortable “vibe coding” (using AI/low-code tools to write scripts or custom code when needed).
Automation Familiarity: Experience working with workflow automation tools (e.g., HubSpot Workflows, Make/Integromat).
Work Ethic: Adaptable, resourceful, and sharp. You are comfortable working autonomously, figuring things out, and owning your projects end-to-end.
Communication & Alignment: Robust English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively during European (CET) business hours
