Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Visit builders, developers, contractors, and project sites to generate current business opportunities.
Meet existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate within company guidelines.
Promote Aluminium Formwork, MS Scaffolding, and Rental Solutions.
Identify upcoming construction projects and collect market intelligence.
Conduct product presentations and explain company offerings to prospective clients.

Collection & Recovery
Visit customers for timely collection of outstanding payments.
Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure collections as per agreed credit terms.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding payment status and reconciliation.
Obtain payment commitments and report collection schedules.
Resolve payment-related issues in coordination with customers and management.

Material Recovery
Coordinate with customers for the return of rental scaffolding and formwork materials.
Verify returned material quantities and report shortages or damages.
Follow up for pending material returns from project sites.

Customer Relationship Management




Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Generate referrals from satisfied clients.

Reporting
Submit a daily visit report with meeting outcomes.
Update lead status, payment follow-ups, and collection details in the CRM or reporting system.
Share market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements with management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of customer visits per day/week.
New business prospects generated.
Value of outstanding collections recovered.
Collection efficiency against monthly targets.
Number of quotations followed up.
Repeat orders and customer retention.
Timely return of rental materials.

Required Skills
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent follow-up and relationship-building ability.
Ability to recover outstanding payments professionally while maintaining customer goodwill.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel extensively.
