1. DesignEexperience of Automotive Restraint components like Airbags,Steering wheel and Seat belts
2. Hands on experince on overall Restraint system design development process activities involved at every stages of Program.
3. Knowledge of engineering plastic materials and processes, dimensional management, GDT.
4. Hands on experience on Product life cycle management system (PLM) -TCE TCUA.
5.Creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage
6.Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP
7.Knowledge of Restraint regulations
8.Valuable analytical, logical and interpersonal skills
9.Positive knowledge of Catia V5-3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings,3D annotation etc
Job Responsibility: Project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation including QFD, benchmarking
