Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
Drive current product introduction and product launch activities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
Track product development milestones and project timelines.
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and identify current product opportunities.
Support product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle management activities.
Analyze product performance, pricing, and profitability.
Identify risks and drive corrective actions to meet business objectives.
Support go-to-market activities and product growth initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, NPI/NPD, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Strategy.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in Automotive, Aftermarket, Manufacturing, Industrial, or OEM domain preferred.
Knowledge of PLM, Product Portfolio Management, Pricing, Market Analysis, and Product Launch processes.
