Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions.
Design and implement effective business analysis strategies to drive process improvements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Provide expert guidance on eTOM processes and levels to ensure seamless operations.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of telecom domain principles and practices.
