Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in the assigned foreign language (German / Arabic / Spanish / Mandarin / French)
Handle customer queries via voice, chat, or email
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns
Maintain high-quality communication and service standards
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
Coordinate with internal support teams for issue resolution
Maintain professionalism while handling international customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality metrics are achieved

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (any stream)
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support using the preferred language
Mandatory Language Certification: B2 or above




Proficiency in any one of the following languages:
German
Arabic
Spanish
Mandarin
French
Robust communication skills in both English and the selected language
Experience in international customer support preferred
