Job Title: Analyst - Talent Acquisition

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST

Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 days working from office)

Job Type: Full-time, In-house

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house recruitment team in Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT recruitment, with a preference for those who have experience in in-house recruitment over staffing or external search firms.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for various roles within the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and implement best practices to attract top talent.
Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing strategies.
Ensure strict adherence to Talent Acquisition SOP.




Regularly update the ATS with accurate and timely information.
Be adaptable to pick up additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational needs, such as weekend recruitment events, firmwide events, ISO certification, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required with 12+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a preference for in-house recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication skills and must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, hirist.
Prior experience with JobDiva (preferably) or other industry-leading ATS.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
