Requirement Analysis & Development
Analyze recent business requirements and enhancements and implement them using productive PL/SQL logic while ensuring seamless integration with the existing system(HCM Extracts, BIP, Rest APIs, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse).
Application Support & Maintenance
Work within the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud domain, applying foundational knowledge to support enhancements and troubleshoot issues in production.
Code Management & Deployment
Handle code check-in activities, maintain version control, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Production Migration Readiness




Prepare and validate code for production deployment, ensuring stability and minimizing risks during migration.
Change Management
Create and manage change requests, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with organizational processes.
Documentation
Maintain and update technical documentation for all enhancements, fixes, and system changes to ensure knowledge continuity and traceability.
Performance Optimization
Fine-tune SQL queries and PL/SQL code to improve system performance and efficiency.
