Assistant Manager Finance Accounting Job Roles Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding the strategic direction of the Company, providing high level, proactive financial expertise and leadership to the company as a whole and direction for both short term and long term financial planning.
Accountable for month on month KPI SLA delivery.
Accountable for PL , Balance sheet, Cash flow of multi-entities.
Understand the company standards and accounting policy procedures required.
Incorporate controls in the various processes ensuring quality and accuracy.
Interpret and implement tax and statutory compliances and communicate with institutions and vendors and manage the finances of the company.
Assist in GST refund related activities.
Experience in Internal External Audits, Indian GAAP.
Handling the Cash Management Function independently.
Experience on month as well as year-end closing activities.
Costing, Project analysis Business plans of Projects.
Proficient in MIS, Variance analysis, Budgetary forecast control.




Demonstrate leadership skills with experience managing the teams that report into them.
Well versed with P2P, O2C R2R processes.

Candidate Requirements
3 Years of experience at a Managerial level Finance in core finance of at least a mid-sized company.
Have a flair for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience in working with ERP and its workflows.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated to learn current concepts and participate in recent projects.
Preferred Qualification C.A.
