SF LMS Application Technical Support Engineer | Experience - 3+ years
Managed E2E implementation projects for LMS Module
Manage SF LMS system integration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.
Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
Sound knowledge in Reporting for LMS and skilled in building Custom reports using PRD.
Experience with the integration of SF LMS with external tools like Degreed and other SF modules.
Good to have integration experience with respective SF core modules
Gathers and validates change requests and bug-fix requirements
Supports governance forums to ensure tickets are resolved on time and sends reminders when needed
Defect root cause analysis and remediation
Production support (rotational schedule)
Working with geographically distributed teams

Improve quality
Occasionally assists in testing of recent application functions, releases and facilitates the promotion of recent features/functionalities among user community




Helps in the creation update of knowledge documentation specific to the processes and functional areas within the H2R domain
Strong customer focus with excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Technologies
Proven experience with SF LMS, including data migration, and integrations
Expertise in SuccessFactors LMS reporting is mandatory.
Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations
