Mandatory Requirement: Develop and support backend services for Telecom BSS/OSS transformation programs using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and cloud technologies.

Must-Have

Core Backend Development: Robust hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot for building scalable backend services.
Microservices Architecture: Ability to design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications.
API Development: Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs with clean, maintainable code.
Messaging and Event Streaming:



Working knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging technologies for asynchronous communication.

Positive-to-Have
Caching and Performance: Working knowledge of Redis for improving application performance and response times.
Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud-based application deployment and services.
Integration and Workflow Tools: Familiarity with Camunda or Apache Camel for workflow orchestration and system integration.
DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD tools to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the telecom domain, preferably within BSS/OSS application settings.
