Perform controlled assembly, wiring, component fitment, and torque operations for lithium-ion battery modules & BESS products per SOPs. Conduct visual/electrical checks, track materials, and adhere strictly to ESD, PPE, and EHS safety standards.
Required Candidate profile
ITI in Electrical/Electronics with 0–2 yrs industrial experience. Skilled in hand tools, wiring, multimeters, and SOP adherence. Exposure to battery storage, BESS, or power electronics is preferred.
