The Job :

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI and Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and cloud-native AI platforms.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in AI/ML, NLP, Python, Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and production-grade AI solution development. Skills such as MCP, agent orchestration, observability, guardrails, and governance are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, and Gemini.
Build Agentic AI solutions with autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and tool integrations.




Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
Implement AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
Build AI applications on Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
Design agent communication protocols, MCP integrations, and enterprise tool connectivity.
Implement guardrails, observability, monitoring, validation, and governance mechanisms for AI systems.
Optimize prompts, context engineering, token utilization, and model performance.

Required Skills
6+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development along with ML experience.
Robust programming skills in Python.
