Job Summary

Anand Enterprises is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations and inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, material management, and inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations.
Maintain inventory and stock records.
Handle stock inward and stock outward.
Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials.
Ensure timely dispatch of materials.
Monitor inventory levels.
Perform stock verification and physical inventory audits.
Maintain inventory documentation.
Record material movement accurately.
Coordinate with procurement, sales and operations.
Ensure proper storage and organization.
Resolve stock discrepancies.
Prepare inventory reports.




Follow warehouse safety standards.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
5 -7 years of experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Material Management, or Store Operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures.
Experience in stock inward, stock outward and material movement.
Valuable understanding of warehouse management practices.
Solid organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to perform stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The candidate should be fluent in Marathi and Hindi. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage
