Job Responsibilities
Provide global L2 support for SAP SD/LE and ensure SLA compliance.
Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, pricing, billing, consignment, and intercompany transactions.
Analyze, design, and standardize SAP SD business processes aligned with global templates.
Develop functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with ABAP teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
Support SAP GTS integration for export/import compliance and cross-border logistics.
Manage automotive EDI/IDoc integrations with OEMs and troubleshoot interface issues.
Support logistics execution, including deliveries, PGI, warehouse integration, and RF systems.
Configure and maintain pricing, customer master data, output management, and labeling solutions.
Ensure seamless integration across SAP SD, MM, PP, EWM, and external applications.
Drive process improvements, global rollouts,



and continuous optimization of SAP SD solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD with robust Order-to-Cash (OTC) process knowledge.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or support projects.
Strong expertise in SAP SD/LE, Pricing, Billing, EDI/IDoc, and RICEFW.
Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, PP, EWM, and SAP GTS.
Background in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in global support environments with L2 support exposure.
Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced workplace.
