Job Title: Field Service Technician (IFPD)

Location: Pune (In office)

Job Summary

Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and maintenance of IFPD devices at customer locations across Pune, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Attend customer sites for IFPD installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, replacement and service.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues related to Power Board, Motherboard, T-Con, LCM, Touch/IR PCB,
FFCs, OPS, Display, Audio, Camera, and connectivity ports.
Perform internal hardware inspection, connector/FFC checks, voltage measurements, spare-part replacement, and functional testing.
Troubleshoot software, firmware, APK, Windows/Android, OPS, and application-related issues.
Handle basic IT hardware and LAN/network troubleshooting.
Perform IFPD installation/uninstallation and post-repair testing.
Collect photos, videos, serial numbers, voltage readings, and technical details and prepare accurate RCA reports.
Coordinate with the Service/Support team for technical assistance and ensure cases are closed within the defined SLA.




Ensure proper packing and handover of faulty panels/spares for reverse pickup for the service cases attended.
Maintain professional customer communication and ensure a positive in office experience.

Required Skills
Hands-on knowledge of IFPD hardware servicing.
Valuable knowledge of IFPD hardware, electronics, software troubleshooting, Windows/Android, firmware/APK, OPS, and LAN/network troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of using multimeter and diagnostic tools.
Good communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
Must own a bike/two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby customer locations.
Comfortable working independently at customer sites.
