Key Responsibilities:
Design Development of Steel/Aluminium Wheels, Tires, Wheel Assemblies, Wheel Covers Centre Caps
Manage end-to-end product development from concept to production
Supplier technical reviews, DFMEA, DVPR, PPAP, PFMEA Control Plans
Vehicle packaging, durability, homologation validation
Root Cause Analysis, warranty resolution quality improvements
Cross-functional collaboration with CAE, Testing, Manufacturing, SQE Suppliers

Required Experience:
6 8 years in Automotive OEM/Tier-1
3+ years in Tire Design Development
Hands-on experience in Wheels Tires Development
Knowledge of ETRTO / TRA / SAE standards
UG NX / CATIA V5, Teamcenter, PLM
Solid understanding of Vehicle Dynamics, NVH, Fatigue Chassis Systems
