Position Title: BUYER - Capex & IDM Purchase
Function: CAPEX - Indirect Purchase
Company/Location: Pune

Position Overview:
Capex & Indirect Material (IDM) Purchase resource for BU Purchase function, preferably with Automotive / engineering purchase background.

This is an end-to-end CAPEX Procurement position involves tendering, negotiating, and contracting, adopting a comprehensive approach toward long term ownership & services for high value Machinery and Equipments.

Work Experience
Bidder list & RFQ Process management. Timely processing of Scope of Work/Statement of Requirement (SOR) in line with Sourcing council guidelines and defined strategies
Market analysis and knowledge about high cost various machinery & equipment used in automotive industry




Proactive Management of stakeholder for understanding & working on technical requirements helping users
Obtain all management approvals on time & issuing LOI to suppliers
Robust project management skills will help to timely delivery of CAPEX items on site.
Adherence of vendor evaluation & rationalization process, managing stakeholder in process
Monitoring vendor payment & retentions periodically, closure of open issues with stakeholder
SAP Knowledge & Users interference required with solid analytical skill in MS office
Adhere to TCOC guidelines and established audit processes

Participating in Plant level CSR/Team building exercise
