Role & responsibilities :-

CCTV System Management
Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance cameras.
Ensure continuous recording and storage of security footage.
Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and video management systems.
Conduct routine inspections and health checks of surveillance equipment.
Review and retrieve video footage for investigations and audits.

Access Control Operations
Monitor and manage access control systems.
Create, modify, and deactivate access credentials.
Manage biometric, card reader, and visitor management systems.
Investigate and resolve access-related issues and alarms.
Ensure authorized access to critical areas within the data center.

Security Monitoring
Monitor security alarms and intrusion detection systems.
Respond to security incidents and escalate as required.
Support emergency response procedures and incident investigations.
Coordinate with security personnel and facility teams.
