Assistant Manager PCBA

Job Summary:
Position is established to ensure the goods manufactured by employer are produced in a cost-effective way that meets quality specifications.
Planner should Makes sure that goods are ready to distribute to customers in a timely fashion. Improves a company's production and delivery processes. Ensures the production and delivery of products runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaises with sales division to determine customer requirements.
Develops a production plan detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date.
Monitors production and raw material costs.
Collects and assesses data about the production and team's performance
Prepares reports about production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency
Liaises with customers, SCM, human resources department, and maintenance employees to ensure all workers, materials, and machinery will be available when required.




Monitors Recent project's progress and on time escalation to management for unresolved or pending issues.
Draft Delivery trend, monthly realistic production target plan and monitor the progress.

Competencies :
Stress Management Skills, Attention to details, Quality Control knowledge, Knowledge of Supply Chain and Distribution Management, Supervisory Experience, Apprenticeship in Production Planning

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Travel :
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Experience :
10 to 12 Years in Electronics Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Primarily local business travel, with occasional outstation and overnight travel as required.
