QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or GenAI features

preferred.
Valuable understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP web services, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and

Integration Hub.
Experience developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
