About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple companies and branch locations. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Tally and ERP systems, and the ability to ensure accurate financial records, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple companies and branch offices.
Record and maintain accounting transactions in Tally and ERP systems.
Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
Ensure timely booking of purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and contra entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules.
Maintain General Ledger (GL), Trial Balance, and Books of Accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.




Verify accounting entries and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.
Reconcile branch accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
Coordinate with internal teams and branch offices for timely accounting closures.
Support ERP implementation, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and ERP software.
Experience handling accounting for multiple companies and multiple branches.
Excellent knowledge of reconciliations (Bank, Vendor, Customer, Inter-Company, and Ledger).
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting compliances.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, basic formulas).
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Eligibility
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter.
3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Experience in manufacturing, trading, or multi-entity organizations will be preferred.
Familiarity with ERP implementation or migration will be an added advantage.
