Experience: Minimum 1+ year in sales engineering, preferably in automation or power supply products.

Eligibility & Education Criteria
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation , or a related field.
MBA or relevant sales certification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business prospects for Industrial Automation products across the Pune region.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and distributors .
Technical Expertise: Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and guidance on product selection, application, and installation.




Proposal & Quotation: Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations, addressing customer queries in detail.
Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify current opportunities.
Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to support product improvements and campaigns.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills & Expertise
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automation products and their industrial applications, with troubleshooting capability.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills with a customer-centric mindset.
