This is a full time in office role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site operations, coordinating with teams and contractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and monitoring adherence to safety and quality standards. Additional tasks include problem-solving, maintaining site documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid project management, organization, and team coordination skills
Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control processes, and compliance standards
Experience in technical problem-solving and site supervision
Proficiency in documentation and reporting for project tracking
Good in reading the AutoCAD drawings
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Relevant certifications in fire services, safety management, or construction management are a plus
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work setting
Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
