Key Responsibilities:
Manage quantity surveying and cost management for MEP works across projects.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, tender documents and rate analysis.
Review MEP drawings, specifications and contractor quotations.
Evaluate tenders, negotiate rates and prepare commercial recommendations.
Manage interim valuations, variations, claims and final accounts.
Monitor project costs against approved budgets and provide regular cost reports.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project teams and clients on commercial matters.
Ensure proper measurement, certification and commercial control of MEP works.
Qualification: Degre in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying
Key Skills: Robust knowledge of MEPF services, estimation, BOQ, contracts, cost control, rate analysis, variations and commercial management.
Early joiners will be preferred
