We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Project Head/ Operation Head (Civil) to lead our industrial project construction team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and experience in managing large-scale projects.

Roles and Responsibility
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of industrial projects.
Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in managing industrial project construction projects.
Solid knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
