Duties and Responsibilities
Managing day to day business support activities.
Products to be handled Primarily Fixed Deposits Insurance
Manage cost and revenue for the business along with all sub channels.
To analyse business support needs identify solutions.
Drive analysis led solutions for the business needs.
Ensure quality and accuracy of the data, policies processes around the business.
It would be an individual contributor role
Required Qualifications and Experience
MBA/PGDM or Equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience
Preferred from BFSI / Financial sector
Should have experience in handling HNI relationships and worked at direct to customer role
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Well versed in MS Office(Word, Excel Powerpoint)
