Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Site ReliabilityEngineer (SRE) / Production Support Engineer with robust experience insupporting critical production applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor system availability, reliability, performance, and operational health.
Define and track SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, error budgets, and key operational metrics.
Manage production incidents, escalations, and service-impacting issues.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Develop automation to reduce manual operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Security, and Business Operations teams.
Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement prospects.




Build dashboards and reports to track system and business performance.
Support capacity planning, performance optimization, scalability, and availability initiatives.
Participate in incident response, on-call support, post-incident reviews, and problem management.
Automate deployment, monitoring, alerting, and operational workflows.
Establish and maintain runbooks, SOPs, operational documentation, and knowledge bases.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Support cloud infrastructure, application reliability, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Communicate operational risks, incidents, KPIs, and improvement plans to business and technical stakeholders.
