Responsible for strategic quality management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance, the role aims to maintain customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Quality Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic quality assurance plan aligned with overall business objectives and industry standards
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive strategic initiatives to enhance quality control processes and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the plant.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain external orientation by ensuring compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and customer-specific quality requirements.
Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the plant quality team,



fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of plant personnel in quality control processes

Quality Management Systems (QMS): Proficiency in implementing and managing QMS to ensure adherence to quality standards and certifications.
