Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee daily concrete production operations at our Markal plant. The ideal candidate should have 57 years of experience in RMC production and a proven track record of managing daily concreting volumes exceeding 50 cubic meters (Cum) while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day concrete production activities.

Ensure timely production and dispatch to meet customer schedules.

Manage daily concreting operations of 50+ Cum efficiently.

Monitor concrete mix designs, batching accuracy, and product quality.

Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, logistics, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.

Optimize plant productivity and minimize material wastage.

Ensure preventive maintenance of batching plant and production equipment.

Maintain production records, daily reports, and inventory of raw materials.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve operational targets.
