Take on a recent challenge and apply your expertise in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside a collaborative and creative team of experts.

You''ll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and reliability, contributing to the success of projects that make a tangible impact on global mobility. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering Design, Validation, and Central Engineering RAMS Teams), collaborate with external suppliers, and address customer or independent safety assessor feedback, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of performing RAMS analyses and delivering related reports, but also contribute to assessing RAMS performance and identifying requirements to meet targets.

Degree in Rolling Stock Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Experience or understanding of RAMS analysis and demonstration methods
Knowledge of RAMS tools and methodologies
Familiarity with safety and reliability standards in the rail or engineering industry
A strong sense of priorities and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Structured and organized approach to work with a hands-on attitude
Operational proficiency in English for reading and writing technical documentation
