Responsibilities:

Attend service, AMC and breakdown calls within defined timelines.
Conduct installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of process analyzers and instrumentation systems.
Perform installation checks, loop checking, calibration, pressure/leak testing and electrical/instrument earth testing.
Support analyzer house commissioning, HVAC/interlock checks, PLC logic verification and SAT activities.
Conduct FAT activities, customer demonstrations and punch-point clearance.
Prepare MOM, service reports, SAT/FAT documents, marked-up/as-built drawings and other technical documentation.
Maintain installation base, timesheets, visit records and service-related system updates.
Coordinate with ABB engineers,



customers and site teams for service requirements and open issues.
Check spare requirements and ensure necessary tools, safety equipment and site preparations before visits.
Support invoicing information, maintenance activities and Defect Liability Period requirements.
